Helle holds a Master's Degree in Spiritual Psychology Counseling
She also has certifications in Life Coaching and Nutrition with emphasis on Brain Nutrition from The University of Healing Arts in Los Angeles, California.
Her degrees in nursing and choreography, her training in spiritual psychology counseling and her certificates in alternative healing modalities enable her to provide clients with a holistic approach to life coaching.
Helle has a truly unique gift for inspiring clients to understand and achieve their potential and to take responsibility for the changes needed to fullfill their dreams.
Helle is an inspirational speaker and gives workshops in USA and in Europe. She is also a writer and is currently working on two books for publication.
